Bastards!

Damned Americans!
For the past week I've been really pissed off because the links section in the sidebar was screwed up, and I could not for the life of me work out why!
Granted, I have only logged onto the blog about three times in the past 2-3 weeks so that's not much worrying, but still.
Anyhow, I just finished getting another question wrong on Mechanics 2 so decided to have a bit of vent on the code. When, much to my amazement, I discovered the problem.
Here it is, here's what I typed; < centre >
Now why does that constitute as a problem? Well, it's because HTML seems, invariably, to be Americanised English, so my command was simply not recognised because the dumbasses can't spell.

I've switched it round now to the uneducated version, so all is virtually right in the template... I think.

We love short-shorts

Hey,
Just a very quick post to apologise for the lack of updates really, but it's exam time and we're pretty stressed/exhausted, thus no updates.
Well, that's not strictly true, I saw a new car insurance company advertised and thus had to change Kay's Link of The Moment (how terribly hyperbolic is that?!) to suit, I've also updated mine and the random one... please keep on checking back though as I know that there's at least 2 posts in the pipeline from Kay; after the exams!

So, yeah, check back soon.
Oh, lastly, it seems most blogs I come to via blogexplosion/other have some sort of donation-page to raise money... a well funded trip to Ireland for college students is a worthy cause, right?

... Its the blue ones that worry you

Some Quick Advice: While working in the Argos Stock Room Do NOT use your face as a third arm, however clever you think you're being.

What am I going to do now?! I've just been reading through some Apple Blogs and discovered that the contract between Microsoft and Apple for "Microsoft Office For Mac" is comming to an end. This means that when I finally save enough money to get a Mac I'm going to have absolutely NO idea how to do anything on it, as opposed to my current situation where I know how to do very little. Apparently this process has been going on for a while, the same blog informs that me I.E was dropped from new Macs in April 2005 (which is understandable as it is shite).
However, apparently (according to The Rumour Man) Google are considering an online java-run office, so all may be well in the world. Well, except for Neighbours; that's always gonna be crap.

Anyway, I've got to finish updating the template(s), please have a look at Kay and mines 'Most Recent Link' (this is a cop out from me having to update them religiously, lol) and cast your opinion on our poll hidden somewhere on the bulky sidebar. Oh! You must see this; I can't decide whether it's creepy or cute.

Yours,
Marin
